Nicole Kretschmer’s professional career began with an apprenticeship as a bank clerk, followed by a degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in HR management.

She joined STERNAUTO in 2016 as an HR Generalist before becoming a Team Leader in 2020 and Deputy HR Manager in 2023.

On the early years of her HR career path, Nicole says: “It was always important for me to take responsibility early on, and to merge my steadily growing passion for numbers with that for people.”.

She found the perfect platform to do just that.
