The STERNAUTO WelcomeDays is an orientation and onboarding program to officially welcome new trainees.

This year’s program spanned three eventful days and was held in Naunhof, a town in Leipzig.

With a focus on getting to know one another and prepare them to make the best possible start to their career journey, intensive workshops, sharing and discussions were held.

Trainees were also introduced to STERNAUTO operations and given insights into the brands and products that the dealership group represents.
